You will be judged on your answer in the following:
1) First and foremost, why should you be selected to play?
I dont know. It's been my dream to be a cdbz mod, though it probobly wont happen, it'd make me very happy.
2) What qualities do you possess that will make you the Idol?
I feel np pity, kinda like BJ. If someone does something and begs, I'll warn them twice. No bull-shit. If I was a mod when I first joined, I'd be banned already.
3) Tell me any previous experience you have with running an RPG. Included should be the name of the RPG, the genre, and how long it lasted.
Baby DBZ RPG
DBZ RPG
Lasted about a year, then the forums got banned cause of some members behavior. I tried to get it running and kinda god-moded, didn't work. =\
XWX DBZ+FF RPG
DBZ + Final Fantasy RPG
Started about a month and a half ago. Two members, and we just opened it. We're like a lesser FoF.
4) Finally, you need to write a short essay/description (200+ words) of what you feel being a staff member of Chubbs is all about. What do you think is nessecary, what do you think has to be done. Be detailed, as much as you can. Don't kiss our asses, we arn't looking for compliments.
I think being a staff member in chubbs is all about keeping the RPG in order, and not letting people break the rules, but not act so mean I'm like an evil dictator. It is also about members having a higher respect for you, and it feels like you've made a huge acheivement when you've been promoted to Mod/Super Mod/Admin. I think it ois necessary to have people be afraid of you to do anything stupid, but no so afraid like being afraid to post in the Asylum. (Kinda like I'm afraid to post Asylum when BJ's in a bad mood, no offence, that's a good thing to me =D.)

You're confusing strict and too strict. Giving second chances and understanding someone makes mistakes is a huge part of being a leader.

But that's not all there is to be a staff member. There is way more to it. Are you willing to put in the creative effort in making new features like the guild system? That took me and HF weeks to finish. Can you brainstorm new quests?

Kinda like what Lucifer said. I think you could know the rules and the sort, but respect is a major part of the game. When you know you have respect, you inctintively do better and have more faith in your judgments (at least in my experience). When I was bumped to SM, I became more confident in y decisions. You seem like the kinda perosn that would back down when somebody higher than you gives opposition, which, in the staff board, will not help out. Of course admins have the final ruling, but you need to be able to stand up and voice your opinion when everbody else disagrees with you, and I don't feel that you can do this. As for your first answer, we won't be giving out positions just to make somebody happy, but I did feel that same way nearly a year before I even became staff.

I am understanding, but wont be so understanding I wont punish people.
I have Admin and Super Mod experiance. I've been a SM in the Original Baby Dbz rpg and a Admin in my failed DBZ RPG that wasn't advertised. I am currently an admin along with KC in XWX DBZ RPG, so I wont be saying, "Whats an admin CP?".

I can make new quests and I can make new techs and even run the RPG for like 3 hours without any help. (Not asking to, just saying.)
