Yeah, I've got one. Two, actually, but one's not really a 'disorder' per se.
I'm not exactly fond of talking about it, so I'm not about to say exactly what it is, but it's a pretty serious anxiety disorder I was diagnosed with a year back; makes absolutely everything I ever do just that much more difficult to do, but I'm learning to deal with it, albeit really slowly.
It's a totally psychological thing, or so I'm told. *Shrug*
Could be worse, I guess.

I have permanant PMS. I guess that can count as a disorder. I am being serious. I had to take hormone pills for a while to regulate my body and not to be gross, my cycles, but I had to quit (lack on insurance for dr. visits and medicine) and I have been rather moody lately.
I know autism sucks big time, and I don't know a whole lot about it, but its either you can let it control you, or you can control it. It just takes a bit more focus. Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it.

Still I can control meyself.
I used to take Concerta. People I talk to on aim tell me all the time I need ridilen, which is true, I have ADHD as well. Just not taking anything for it right now. The only thing that worked was Stratera, but that kind made me too mellow. Now I just have sugar and that calms me down. sugar and Caffine

Autism is where it's dificult to have social out-goings and talk in general in other cases. I think the only way to talk after you start to "close yourself in" is really hard, and you can't socialize at all.

I have Asperger Syndrome, which can be both a boon and a curse. Don't bother looking it up if you want a quick definition - there is none.
From what I know, though, autism isn't something you can develop at 7 years old. It's with you your whole life, same as Asperger's (which is a form of autism). I didn't know I had AS until I was 16 or so, at which point I'd already been kicked out of my College for my inability to do the coursework (regardless of my exam results, which were above average). It bites.
Edit: There's an awesome article I was sent on the topic, but no idea how to upload it. It was written by a lecturer at the university I'm applying to, who happens to have AS.

I have a manic-depressive illness, as well as social phobia, not to mention entomophobia.
I've gotten better since I've been writing, but even now, I sometimes keep saying to myself in my head that I'm worthless. Even while I'm being held by my bf, and I had been very happy, I'll suddenly want to kill my self thinking my life is going to fall apart. I often think I'm not good enough for parties, or friends. I find myseld more judgemental about myself than others.
I was diagnosed with this after my mom saw the damage I did to my wrist. I was supposed to go on anti-depressants, but she decided I didn't need them. RPing is my anti depressant.
Aside from that, bugs of any kind cause me to have a panic attack. As well as myself being in large groups of people.

Minor cases of social phobia and manic depression. Self-diagnosed, from matching up symptoms and feelings with what these disorders mention. I couldn't ever bring myself to go to a doctor to find this stuff out unless it threatened my life. The manic depression used to be moderate level a while back, but I've been doing the best I can to stay positive, don't fixate one things you've done wrong, and just worry about the future. And the minor part of the social phobia is really just VERY minor. It's limited to mainly just being the focus of attention by a lot of people. That's what causes me to "clench up," more or less.
But yeah, most of all these problems are psychological, it's just a matter of you beating it, not it beating you. =)

My AS is fairly mild. I've learnt to empathise with other people, my main problem is socialising, or talking about/concentrating on anything besides my topic. Some of you might recognise where this wikipedia quote is relevant to me.
