Frost Planet #213 - One of the only visible planets listed under changling control, surrounded by a stasis to monitor the flow of traffic through the planet. Frozen and arid with but the only exception being the trade center upon the planet?s surface

Outer Space - Desolated, forever expanding with the inability to mortal comprehension it runs on through which only recently has been introduced to the strife of war, selecting it as an expansive battleground.

Arlia-sei:
Arlia-sei is a dark, devastated planet which, like Vegeta-sei, seems to be constantly in the turmoil of war. The insectoid inhabitants of this planet peak near seven feet tall and are quite powerful and skilled with wielding their advanced technology.

Frost 213:
Controlled by the changeling Frost, this small planet has become a galactic trading center. Due to this success, many races and rare technologies can only be found here. A barrier has been constructed that prevents teleportation to Frost 213.

Outer Space:
The space which encompasses every planet in the universe. In order to travel from planet to planet, one needs to take some form of space ship through here.

Frost Planet #213 (NOTE: I?m still unsure whether this planet is actually frosty or not. I always assumed it was just a name, but some RPs ? including some staff ones ? imply that it?s cold there. So just let me know if it is icy and I?ll rewrite it. Tongue )

Though its namesake is dead, Frost Planet #213 lives on. It acts as a trading center between the North Galaxy and the rest of the universe ? selling a lot of merchandise that is unavailable anywhere else.

Outer Space
Dark, cold, and very big. The vast reaches of space fill the areas where there is nothing, making up the area between planets. Beware of the vicious galactic pirates that sail it. In space, nobody can hear you scream.
