At the beginning of the movie "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" Johnny Depp's character is sitting at a table when this guy wearing an eye patch walks in, sits down, and starts telling this story of Antonio Banderas' character's earlier exploits from the previous movie "Desperado"... I do believe.
Anyway, at the beginning of that story, the guy puts out the candle at his table then flips it after someone walks in with a gun. Calmly he reaches over and pulls his electric guitar from a case and begins playing this eccentric Mexicano song which is driving me insane to find before shooting up the place.
I know it's probably rather obvious but anyone care to enlighten me as to the name of the song?

Click "moyenne res." beneath "Extrait 1 vo", very briefly at about two thirds completion of the clip it'll flash over to a guitar being cocked like a shotgun with that music playing in the background. Best clip I could find of it. =/
