Just wanted some feedback. I actually just tweaked an old sig of mine. I wanted to try out the pic thats in the background.

Image Cels > Dragonball Z > towards the end, there's plenty of good quality Raditzu pictures, at least 10 I'm sure.

The problem isn't the quality of the cells, its the quality of the animation at the time Raditzu was in the series. He's just not drawn that well.
