I'd like to say no to invisable man, due to the fact that...well, he's invisable. An Admin or SM can over rule me, but I really think he's a little too much to be played.
Agent Purple is also Murasaki, so he is taken.
Dabura is an NPC (Non-Playable Character), ruler of hell, so he can not be chosen.
Android 14 is free.
Garlic (not Garlic Jr.) is taken, but is MIA, meaning he hasn't RPed and will be available if he does not RP soon.

Just posted some characters.
We do not allow any Kai's, they are like God's, so they are just not allowed.
Recoome is free, Guldo is free.
Cui (Kiwi) is retired.
We've never had a Raspberry or Blueberry, so they are free.
Hildagarn is way too big, we do not allow him due to his size.
Chibi Trunks fused with Future Trunks in our RPG using the potarra earings, due to a saga. We only have the one Trunks.
Goku Jr. is free.
Buff buu? We have Majin Buu, Kid Buu, and Super Buu. Majin Buu is the fat one, the first one. Kid Buu is the child-like Buu, and Super Buu is the slim and more evil looking Buu. All three are taken.
