I feel 20?s strengths are in the creative side of things, as opposed to updating/moderating/leading. He comes up with really unique, inventive stuff, but I don?t think he handles PR very well.

Weaknesses: He?s a good leader in the ways of motivating others, but there are also a few downfalls. In both tasks he gave a strong first impression, and then kind of left people to their own devices for a bit, showing up near the end to guide along the finishing touches. When he?s working with people, great, but he vanishes somewhere in the middle process, when it would be best if he was there the whole way. I?m not saying he abandoned his team, but it would have been better from a to z, and not skipping a few letters along the way. Real life did get in the way, but it?s a factor nonetheless.

Strengths: Twenty is good as all parts on a team, though in my personal opinion, he fits the leader role best. He knows what has to be done, and makes sure it is done in an organized fashion. Weaknesses: There is a couple of issues with Twenty when it comes to saying ?no? to people on the team about certain things. He is far too kindly for his own good in other words. As a good leader, it?s important that you have the will to say ?no, we can?t do that? at certain moments (he still has yet to say ?no? to Godzilla to my face). And, as a good general member of a staff team, it may take back on criticism a tad and let people go on their ideas. He does, however, redeem himself by trying to make sure things go smoothly.
Comparison: Twenty is a much better leader than myself, in fact, if he wasn?t so unwilling to disagree at some points than he would be the perfect leader. When it comes to other positions, I?d say we are pretty equal.
