Oh alright, This is probly a stupid question or one that is self explanitory if looked, but what are some benefits of getting in one. Also what determines if i get in or not?

Not that I know of, Dracula.
How well you roleplay gets you in, and training points and zeni are the norm prizes, but, if you do good enough, you could be rewarded with a fairly nice item or possibly a technique.
