After racking my brain, the only one that springs to mind is a recent one. In the 'Dracula Vs. Jewel' fight thread, I bumped it, asking for there to be no all-OOC posts in the IC boards. Only later did I realise that the thread hadn't been posted in for 8 days. >_> It was still a valid comment, but I don't think I would have brought it back up otherwise. I doubt anyone else noticed.

Ah, yes. I missed the deadline for Rad's task, where I was asked to make the planet descriptions. Somehow I miscalculated the time - I thought I had until 11pm the next day, instead of 11am. Consequently I woke up at my and was, for a short time, eliminated. This wasn't even due to laziness, since I'd finished the task, I was just keeping it to myself so I could check it over for mistakes and the like. Just a plain mistake, and I should have paid more attention. Since then, as you may have noticed, I've been paranoid and handing in all my stuff (quests) a day or so early, just in case.
I can't think of anything else that was a 'screw-up' as in something I did inadvertently. As for things like working harder, I guess I could have done better on Goten's task. Initially I wanted to work in eliminations to the task, but I took Mur's advice in the thread and decided not to. Then the other thread did exactly that - working in eliminations to the tasks. And they won, so I guess it wasn't limited to exactly what we were told to do. Whether that was a good thing by listening to my teammates or a bad thing (that I should have pressed my opinion harder) is up for debate.

MISTAKE #1
It was regarding my addition to the team task under Twenty. I consider this a mistake because of the point Will made. 'The Shield,' as it was dubbed, was my attempt to test people's ability to work, but it would be pointless if as staff you don't do what you're told not to. I didn't take that into consideration, and therefore: screw-up.
MISTAKE #2
An obvious mistake. Something that is asked of EVERY member is that they read the site before asking a question. Murasaki had obviously did his research, and I answered the question incorrectly without even bothering to check the description for the technique, and it showed.
MISTAKE #3
Not only did I answer the question wrong, but to cover up my embarrassment, I made a joke. This was out-and-out spam, which is highly frowned upon, especially in QSU. Not only that, but it was spam in a "Staff Only" topic, which I consider to be worse, moreso because I don't usually spam and picked the wrong occasion to do so.
MISTAKE #4
My initial answer to this was a complete and total "no," but because the Murasaki question wasn't too far from my mind, I second-guessed myself and got the exact result I was trying to avoid. As Hellfighter pointed out, I was more worried about being wrong and getting corrected than answering the question, which is the wrong mentality to approach a problem with.
POSSIBLE MISTAKE?
Since I sleep very irregularly, sometimes I lose track of the days, and I don't know if I might have been a little late on the 'quest-every-three-days' task. Not sure, so I thought I'd put it just in case.
All of my mistakes have been noticed, and unless there's one I overlooked these are all I could find.

If we already had someone in mind to be a staff member due to previous activities in addition to things we've seen here, and that person didn't win, would you still be against the person becoming a staff member, even if you yourself won and didn't get the position, and even with the disclaimer given beforehand?
I see many viable candidates.
I see someone I would have gone to even before I found that they were in this.

This competition was a measurement of talent. It was stated specifically by Burter Jr:

This has been reiterated time and again. We were never guaranteed a spot, just a chance to shine and prove we could do it. Staff has been made outside of competition. Hellfighter and Bra are examples of that. Neither of them won Apprentice but they demonstrated their ability to handle the job.
I would not be against anyone deserving of the job to get it, even if it wasn't me. Would I be a little upset if I won and didn't get it? Sure, but I've opened a door for myself, and I guess I'd just have to wait. And I get bragging rights for having been the Idol. I wouldn't be against someone else getting it.
I would also rather have the disclaimer as well, so I'm not taken by surprise. I would rather go into something knowing my odds than to think I have a better chance that I actually do.

However, things are always changing, and after the competition you might discover some shocking relevation which means the runner-up should have won. So no, I wouldn't be against them becoming a staff member at all, but I would question it if the person to get second place was the person who was put on staff, after the competition was supposed to find out who was best for the job.

If such a system was really going to be implemented, it would need a lot of time and discussion. Our group was a mass of confusion and different ideas, which I only pulled together at the very end near the deadline. There were no 'rough drafts' as such which went through my teammates; I just typed up the final idea with their approval, and that was our task.

Well, one is likely to be right now, as I'm pretty sure I won't be able to remember all the times that I screwed up. However, I can recall some times I most certainly screwed up. First of all, was during the time I was my team's "Admin." I think I did fairly well at getting everyone organized at the start, and I did pretty well getting everything together at the end, however, I was far too "hands-off" in the middle, a time when I was probably most needed. That's more of a screw-up in my eyes, it may appear different to other people, I'm not sure.
Another was during this final phase. I remember the thread exactly, where I 1) Saw a questionable move, but chose not to say anything. That move to be exact, was Dracula Man's "Elasticity." I saw it, knew I should say something, but since it was already in a character vault, I assumed that a higher-up knew what they were doing, and intentionally allowed DM to have a Body Size Control move. 2) In the thread concerning DM's Elasticity move, in which a bit of a "back and forth" between staff and DM occurred, I tried to step in and interpret staff's meaning behind not allowing his move to be the way it was. The next page of that thread, Rad overturned me.
Like I said at the top, I more than likely made plenty of other errors that I simply cannot recall off the top of my head. Those 3 there were the ones that I remember the clearest, however.

No. Simple answer. I'd like to help, but wouldn't be against them getting it. I'd probably see it as a cloud with a silver lining. "Hey, congrats for getting the position! Now go update my quest! lolzorz!"

1) Me. Bardock has more experience as a staff member than me, and has been around much longer. That, and I personally have wondered why he wasn't full staff for quite a while. Super Buu is extremely hard-working and creative, and I think he'd probably be much more efficient and quicker at getting things done than me, as it became evident to me on the Q/S/U board when I would try to answer a question, and all of a sudden "ZOOM! Super Buu to the rescue!" I just can't keep up with that guy. XD
2) The drive? I felt that I wanted to help out around Chubbs. It wasn't a strong feeling, but I felt that I needed to give something back to this place after being here for 2 years. Right now? Same thing. My drive hasn't changed, it's just the amount of time I can commit has.
3) Honestly, it's going to be this one. I simply don't have all that much free time on my hands any more. The other tasks, such as the team based one, I could lead the team along, keep us on the right direction, and also put in my input, and share the workload equally among everyone. This task, it's all on me, and I have time restraints to do it in. For me, that poses a problem, because life enjoys pulling a "Oh, what? You're busy? Too bad, you're gonna do this now." on me fairly regularly.

A. Twenty. If you were to ask me right now: "We're thinking of making Twenty staff. Tell us yes or no: should he be made staff?" In a heartbeat, I would say yes. However, we're all in a line-up, and you have to pick the least capable. Compared to me and Supes, he's more potential than substance. He has proven himself above the average member by helping with the guilds, and he passed his tasks with good merit. There are notable qualities abot Twenty that would make him an excellent candidate. However, I think he's a few rungs too short on the ladder between the three.
B. My original focus was about helping out, and giving back to the community that has treated me so well. But I would be lying if I said I didn't want to win, because I also want to prove that I am the best person for this job beyond a shadow of a doubt, and I can only do that by becoming the Idol. My original reasons still stand, because I've found myself (even before this competition) wanting to update people and wanting to be able to help them out as something only staff can do.

I think banning him was handling that situation well. There was no way around it. While not one staffer decided his fate, how I would have done it better was take away the privileges he came here for. He was essentially OOC, made sigs, and talked a lot of trash. I would have more frequently banned him from the Asylum or the Workshop, and removed him from situations where he could cause a ruckus. I don't know how many times he ran off at the mouth to people in IM, especially the members of Alex's, but it would not have happened a second time with me.

You'll notice three names no longer on there: VJ, Eighteen, and Trunks. I remove VJ simply because has minimal participation in the board. Yes, he pays the servers and allows us to be hosted here, but finding an alternate home for Chubbs wouldn't be a problem. I don't know all of what else he has done for the site, or why everything is copyrighted to him, but we've proven able to function without him, and have had difficulties staying in communcation for decisions not allowed or not capable of being made alone.
Eighteen, love ya, but you yourself admit you make less staff calls than anyone else. You've been getting better with that in recent memory, but a lot of the decisions you make are tentative (a "yes" or a "no" with an "I'm not sure, ask so-and-so" tacked on the end). You tend to take a lot of things personally, and although you do a good job of keeping that where it doesn't belong, I believe it affects your ability to work with some people. You make signatures and do coding, and I understand you have a life and personal issues, but unless you're doing something behind the curtains that I can't see, I don't feel you do enough to be a moderator, much less a Super Moderator. Don't kill me.
Trunks also has a lot on his plate in real life, and although can sometimes go on a whirlwind of updates, doesn't seem to have a lot of time. He contributes creatively, but so does Kakarot, and he's not staff. Trunks can still give what he can as a regular member and as part of the Demod Squad.
I bumped up Bra to Super Moderator because he was the only one left to be able to fill the position (aka, default). I left Krillin down at Moderator not because he couldn't do a good job, but because sometimes I think he takes the low ground on issues (e.g., the bad kind of arguing) and can be a little immature.
Oh, and I put me and Supes in mod positions because as I stated in Krillin's question I feel we're the top two contenders and would both do a very good job.

Although it has nothing to do with the competition, and I agree partially with Bardocks point that Im not fully needed to let the Staff run the rpg, I'd like to clarify my job position as the owner.
How did I become the owner? When Chubbs, the original owner, left, I was busy with implementing the training system and he felt I was a good choice. I accepted the responsibility when he asked me.
Why is there a copyright on the website with my name on it? This is actually a technical point, and also brought up last year in the Staff board. Last year, someone used a security loophole in the News system and uploaded a Phishing website that made people think they were on PayPal and let them fill in their login information. Since I own the server, I was contacted by my host to ask to take it down and figure out what happened. I was the one who was responsible for the website as a whole. If the situation hadnt cleared up, the site wouldve been taken down and PayPal would have probably taken legal actions towards me. That fact, together with that there is a lot on the website that is just my intellectual property(not all, the whole staff has contributed throughout the years), and that I have to be the one who contacts someone else's host if they have copied chubbs, is the reason of the copyright on my name.
In practice however.. It doesnt really matter because its not like I plan to do something with it.
What's my current job as the super admin? In the direct eyes of the members - not much, since we have multiple ranks on the staff who do most of the work. Currently, I manage the servers, any coding problems or the implemention of a coding thing if and when needed. Furthermore, when the Admins have opposite opinions and are fighting about something, Im the one to sort it out. I've done so in the past, but as I said to Rad and Rei yesterday, Im XTREMELY smirking how their opinions arent opposing eachother like they used to.
