Duraiden: We should use a new tech for DA: C
Duraiden: I think I remember mentioning as wanting to use it as a technique
Duraiden: But it's too powerful I think
Duraiden: It was going to be a tech that when Goku was near Saiyajins he would resonate with them and they'd all get stronger
Duraiden: But what about a technique that lets you designate who you resonate with
Duraiden: And like depending on your mehtal stats the number of people you resonate with increases
Duraiden: of course they have to be close to you
Duraiden: and the increase in power would be like
Duraiden: only 10% per person for you, and like 5% for every other person
Duraiden: but it'd be an awesome passive skill
Duraiden: and make for some interesting team work
