[cad] Hilarious - Reijin - 10-20-2006

Ok, this definately reminds me of Magic Online, as well as many other games.

So true.

This guy joined a guild on WoW, said "Why isn't anyone on? I'm leaving, I'm going to create a guild like I did on my other server and it'll be awesome!" and he left.

I was like "Dude it takes more than a few days to get a guild growing and you leaving won't help."

Peh no one has patience.

Thing is, that can be associated with my job too.

An hour to hour and a half wait is not too uncommon on weekends where I work. What irritates me is that the good customers will leave if they are told that so they can drive fourty minutes (traffic counting) to another place where they are willing to wait the one hour minimum.

We even have weekdays where someone is like "fifteen to twenty minute wait? Are you kidding me? Fuck this, I'm heading to Outback".

Common sense people. Fifteen minutes of waiting, or thirty minute drive through Washington Road (pretty busy main road, lots of businesses and traffic, I tend to avoid it) to then wait ten minutes just to say you only waited ten instead of fifteen? Cool by me, I don't like serving assholes anyways.

I had some really crunk people laughing in my face yesterday while throwing some change on the ground. "We work at McDonald's; we aint tippin' you! You KNOW we want our change! BWUHAHAHA! That's right, lean down and scrape those pennies up! That's yo tip! Haha!" Friend of mine asked them "Did he do something wrong or something? He seemed to get your Long Island Teas out very quickly and keep you guys full" and they stared at him like he was stupid and go "nigga, are you retarded? look at us, we black, we don't tip! We up out this bitch". and left.

Now let's add one more piece of information. The friend that asked them... He's black. So their comment has the validity of a sheep's ass. Stereotyping yourself is in some ways far worse than others stereotyping you.

I never treated anyone worse than me, regardless of being a McDonalds employee or not.

Hell I made almost $6.00 every night because of the drunk people coming through drive through at night. Being a girl pays off I guess lol. I had so many people try to pick me up.

Sheesh those guys probably didn't even have jobs.

Yeah, I'd actually already known I wasn't getting tipped. I'd served them before MANY times, hence the reason they were laughing saying "You KNOW I want my change b/c I aint tippin'!" I knew because they honestly do never tip, no matter who the server is. They literally feel justified b/c they are trying to act out a stereotype of being "crunk and broke and life so hard" but I sincerely doubt they have it that hard, beings that each of them payed with hundred dollar bills and drank about fourty dollars worth of Long Islands each, which are fairly strong. I really didn't have my heart into it this time when I served them, recognizing them. It sucked. One day I'm going to have Erin post on here that I'm in jail for breaking my leg; in someone's ass.

I'm usually pretty impatient when it comes to online games. I usually only go on for an hour or two at a time, so fifteen or twenty minutes can be a lot.

Anyways, I read that comic last night and it rocked.

[cad] Hilarious - Spencinator - 10-20-2006

xD Reijin, that last line made me laugh... Hard. xD

Some people are really pathetic, ya know? Who'd want to lower themselves to a stereotype just so they didn't have to pay a tip? It's just plain retarded. =\

I'm sorry that you have to deal with that kind of shit Reijin, I really am. =(

Working at TCBY has taught me one thing:

Not all fat people are jolly.

Also, some people in North Jersey still call sprinkles "jimmies".

I like the shirt Tim. =)

Also, yeah, I usually wait and chat for a while..........a long while. Then when the game can start, and one or two people exit 'cause some unkown reason...I stay, and play......and play.......and keep on playing. Maybe this'll teach them =P

My post on the forums...
