Well... if you wanna do everything legally (and I, of course, am assuming you do) then you have to buy Adobe Photoshop 7. However, you also need a ridiculously large amount of cash, with which to purchase the program.

I like the sig. The really bright, colored picture with the black-and-white border makes a sweet contrast effect. It's simple, but sometimes that's the best way to go.

Copy the site down then in the edit sig page paste the site link down and put [ img ] [ / img ] brackets down without spaces.
So it would look like this:
[ img ] <site here> [ / img ]
Without spaces, of course.
