lol, does it really matter, Lucifer will probably die in 4 days due to inactivity and then Vegeta or Retane will take over and then our army will actually stand a chance.
EDIT: Or I could be wrong and Luc will actually be active, surprise us all, and make for a happy and well run Army...only time will tell.
