My opinion isn't really worth that much, but I've got a suggestion. The city builidings and the 4 people on the top kind of clash. I'd say try fading the bottom of the people into the background, and making the city buildings more emphasized, or the other way around.

That's better, but you could still make some improvements. TimBoost's head looks like its got nothing under it. Maybe add a little more brightness to either the city lights, or the 4 people up top.
