Character=Daizu
Race: humanoid (If possible I was wondering if he could be saiyan)
Personality= He is much like a saiyan, think high and mighty of himself.
Starting Planet= Earth

Starting moves= Energy Sword,Choubakuretsumaha,Shockwave
Energy sword= Move is a focus of energy around the hand that takes shape of a sword. Color is different from person.
Choubakuretsumaha=Is much like Piccolos attack, but he ammasses the attack in both hands seperately
shockwave= A powerful wave like attack sending a burst of energy across the land.
Role-play example
The sound from the scouter awoke Daizu from his nap. He hit the black button on the side of his scouter. It was a message from Turles.
"When you are done clearing your sector, meet back where we landed"-click
"There wasnt even a challenge coming here..." he said as he stood up and started to strech "And what would someone like Freiza want with this place anyways."
He took a quick look around the remains of the small town.
"Better see if anyone is still out there"
He clicked the white button further back on his scouter, and scanned the horizon. Nothing came up until he looked toward the landing place.
"They must be finished, and waiting for me."
He powered up, and started off toward the landing area.His scouter chirping along the way, giving the power readings of his team mates.
He finaly made it to the landing pods when he saw some of freizas men gathered around them.
"What are you guys doing here, we told freiza we accepted this assignment"
leader-"So did we. Well I guess since you guys did all the work, we should pay you" he said as he sent an blast of energy toward Daizu.
He quickly dodged the blast, and quickly came up behind the leader. The man looked awe struck, becoming scared "What, how are you that fast!"
"I told you, this is our assignment" he said as he sent his energy sword through his midsection. He fell, the dust coming up around the fallen body. The mans team mates looked at him, wide eyed. He quickly moved to the first man on his left, sending a quick punch into his stomach, then a head shot. He went flying.
"Hahaha...and you call yourselfs soldiers"
With that, the other two men in the squad attacked, sending fist and foot toward Daizu. He quickly dodged and weaved, then sent a massive blow to one of the mens heads, smashing his scouter into his face. The other quickly stopped, and turn to run.
"You arent gonna get far!" he said as he sent a one hand Choubakuretsumaha blast at him.
Hours later.....
Turles "How long have you been here?" he asked as he walked over to his pod.
Daizu lied "Not long. Lets get back and report that the planet is taken" he said as the pod door closed and roared off into space.

Ok, well I'm pretty sure we classified Daizu as a human, but you can make him as Saiya-Jin as you want via personality.
