I wouldn't midn a rain sig 18.. Would be pretty cool to. IF ya want you can make it for either Goku or Janemba. I don't mind which. Size isn't much of a issue for the Goku one..

18 if you want, can you make Mino sig, but make a red fiery thing behind him (Kaioken). and do a cool effect maybe? i dono about the rain but if u have any cool others, and if u dont.. that rain is pretty pimp.

I tried making a basix sig but it didnt work. I couldnt move the image I moved from one picture to the other
