OOC means Out Of Character. So, when we say OOC (or "real") days, we mean actual days that you are living.

Oi... travel time is all OOC. So five days means five days. From Monday to Friday, for example.

All traveling days, like raditzu said, such as flying and such are all in OOC days, so when it says like 10 days to frost, it's ten days. Some things like IC days, and IC day equals one OOC week. So when it says under Dabura, his ability to transport you to the living for one IC day, you are there for a week. Or i think it's baba, who can send you to the dead for one IC day, which would be again a week (OOC). So basically all transport days and stuff, like walking to Kais, is in OOC, as are most things, unless they are specifically mentioned IC days, and remember an IC day equals one OOC week. Just helping out if i can.
