Dbz T3 - Dave - 05-23-2007 http://www.snackbar-games.com/n2610.html Dbz T3 - Mowgli - 05-23-2007 Dammit, beat me to it. lol Dbz T3 - Raz - 05-23-2007 Booyah, one more win for us PS2 users behind the product curve. Dbz T3 - Aero - 05-23-2007 BT sux. Dbz T3 - Captain Silver - 05-23-2007 I won't be buying it, they're all the same game with slightly better effects and more characters =/ Dbz T3 - Super Buu - 05-23-2007 I saw some screens of new characters. Definitely Pilaf Bot and Piccolo Daimoun will be in, since they and some others were in the European/Japanese Wii versions of BT2. I can't remember which characters I saw, but there were definitely some new ones. Bardock's crew? Gokua? I just want to fight a full-sized oozaru. Dbz T3 - Downy Peach - 05-23-2007 I didn't get the second, but I got the first. If it's just another set of characters, then I'm not sure whether or not I want to. Only game I'm looking forward to is the next-gen Star Wars game and Fable 2. Oh, and Assassin's Creed obviously. Dbz T3 - Super Buu - 05-23-2007 I doubt it'll just be new characters. BT2 was already pretty similar to the first. The core fighting system is perfect though, so I don't want them to make any major change. BT1 had it down, and there's no point fixing what ain't broken. What I hope is that every character gets more attacks than 2 regular and 1 ultimate - I thought they were going to do that for the second, but not so unfortunately. Some other new features would be nice - shit, they could even incorporate 4 characters fighting simultaneously if they let you swivel lock-ons, Zelda-style. There's so much potential with the system for things you can't do in regular fighting games (Budokai 1-3 boooo). Dbz T3 - Pink Underoo - 05-23-2007 T2 had some massive improvements over T1, like infinite combos, an enhanced power attack system, non-cinematic energy waves that you could control, and being able to maneuver during Dragon Rush flight. Every change was great. I expect T3 to take it to the next level. Dbz T3 - Downy Peach - 05-23-2007 Quote:Originally posted by Super Buu Yeah. They'll probably throw in a few extra stages to boot. Quote:The game's special effects and shading techniques are being refined, and environments are being enhanced to include day and night versions of each stage. During night time, players will be able to harness the power of the moon to transform their characters in new ways. This sounds interesting however, the moon ordeal. Dbz T3 - OldSpice - 05-23-2007 They actually gave King Cold a sword...wtf. Anyway, King Vegeta for the win. Dbz T3 - Raspberry - 05-23-2007 Trunks rules... Dbz T3 - Raz - 05-23-2007 Quote:Originally posted by Super Buu That's what I was hoping for with T2 as well but alas, they were only half then what I had hoped. Dbz T3 - Deo - 05-23-2007 ...I want more faceless minions. I hated fighting Cui every other saga with him representing everyone in Freiza's army. Christ, they showed they had the skins for at least three other minions, but they were never seen in battle. Dbz T3 - Super Buu - 05-23-2007 Quote:Originally posted by KollifumYou know what was annoying? In the Japanese/Euro Wii version, they added two more faceless Frieza villains. But they weren't added to any story missions to replace endless Cuis, so you still had to face Cui over and over. What was the point, then!?!?!? X( Dbz T3 - Deo - 05-23-2007 ...were their moves any different then Cui's? Dbz T3 - Raspberry - 05-23-2007 Why dont they just add Raspberry or all the guys in the series >.> Dbz T3 - Deo - 05-23-2007 Because nobody likes Raspberry Dbz T3 - Super Buu - 05-23-2007 Quote:Originally posted by KollifumYeah, pretty sure. The Jap/EU Wii versions added 5 new characters who you could unlock with the Ultimate Battle or whatever ranking mode. Complete list: # Appule (Japanese/PAL Wii version) # Zeso (Frieza Soldier) (Japanese/PAL Wii version) # Emperor Pilaf Robot (Base, Combined with Shuu and Mai mechs) (Japanese/PAL Wii version) # Piccolo DaimaM (Japanese/PAL Wii version) # Cyborg Tao (Japanese/PAL Wii version) Pilaf can combine into a big mech <3 Dbz T3 - Deo - 05-23-2007 ..that's retarded. Why does Europe get all this shit and not North America? |
