Uh...no.
I forgot to mention that they're implementing a new stat system, so everyone'll start out like, really low. Like 5 or something around there. And customs? I'm not too sure, just I think because people keep wanting to be them, a canon-only rpg is limited, people keep going inactive, new people join, and histories get screwed up, etc.

Essentially they want to archive the old RP, save for the people that want to carry on as their custom characters, thus making it so the old roleplays they did don't get totally screwed up.
And to be honest, I look forward to the turn over, as well as I don't.
With the turn over, everyone will start even again, and we won't have to contend with 5 year super powered veterans. That being said, we're going to lose a lot of good canon character players to the attraction of customs.

Yes. As for the old roleplays, I think they'll all be archived so you can link to them. But they WILL be in the past.

There have been many comments though regarding the timeframe which things will be done in, if the reset will happen (As in reset, new training system and content, and customs)
If I were some of you, I wouldn't anticipate the reset too soon. Staff leaked this info of a reset far too early, and it's been a cripple on the activity. So yeah, don't put all of your chicken eggs on this.

Yeah, a lot of people probably think roleplaying for rewards/moves is pointless now, just because there is going to be a big reset. If this turnover doesn't happen for a while, then you're right Gokua, it will have a big impact on activity if everyone is just waiting...

Given the information we had at the time, we "leaked" information exactly when we thought it would be the best time to do so. That information, quite obviously, has changed in a way that we hadn't anticipated.
