Android research (custom) :because cell is an android he has research that makes him passively stronger
Sample:
"I will call this Organic Android, Cell" Was the first thing Cell heard. And the last thing, the scientest said. Cell, still 'unformed' pretty much ate the scientest alive. The rest of the scientests tried to contain him like they did to all the other androids. But Cell was too strong. He learnt of his unkown powers very early, and broke the containers of android 16 and 17, let them be free in their world. They were still angry from what the scientests did to them, contained them in a time lapse. Together the three of them destroyed everything there.
"I am Cell, Because I saved you, you will obey me"
"No"(android 16)
"Never"(17)
"I'm not strong enough to kill you and absorb you now, but i will have my revenge" Cell shouted as they ran away.
1 year later, the Budokai tournument. All the famous fighters were there, and one, not so famous: Cell.
"Let the battle, Begin!"
Cell, still power driven so he could get his revenge on androids, needed to win.He needed to kill. The ruthless android was thinking of ways to win. Anyway, cheating or not. He hid, letting the others compete, and then when there was one, Trunks, he came out. Trunks was now weak, a lot weaker then the
'unformed' Cell. Cell came, and nocked out Trunks easily.
He was standing victorous in the middle. Then, the blob that was cell, started to take form. No body understood what was happening. But now, Cell fealt how much more powerfull he was. The power that no one could take away, now he just needs to find those androids, and absorb them with his newfound powers.
"Cell, please, dont absorb me, we can be friends!"
"Its to late 16, you are weak compared to me."
The battle was quick, Cell used Kamehamaha, and it nocked out 16, all he needed to do now, was to absorb him. Peice of cake. Now he needed 17 and he would be complete. All powerfull.
"Cell, I will kill you."
"That is what your friend 16 said before I absorbed HER!"
"You're lying, i dont belive you!"
"Well you will when you are a part of me!"
The battle was even faster than with 16. 17 was on the floor in a split seconed, all life getting sucked out of him. And now the soul daylights around Cell didn't want to be there. It turned Ice dark. But then, 16 and 17 killed Cell from the inside, they didn't know that they were just making him stronger. Then the body of cell rose, he looked stronger, better, he was Ultra Perfect Form.

I read your application, and I'm sorry to say this but you need a bit of work on your writing. Please read this thread: http://cdbzrpg.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17669&highlight=Roleplay
You have a lot of various problems with your sample, for example, you lack any form of detail and depth. The dialogue is a mixture of playwrite and quotation, which is wrong.
So read that thread, and feel free to try again, but for now you're declined.

Anger: In this move, Cell takes time to power up, then later he explodes in a fury of attacks, each one very weak, but if all hit, the attack can be powerful
Sample:
"The first test for an organic android has been completed! This is the most important day of my work!" A scientest at the android facility on Earth exclaimed,"I will name it Cell"
The alarm went off, and everyone was running around the facility, shouting, they didn't know what happened. Why had the alarm gone off? The organic android, Cell, had the oprtunaty to run. The chance to flee this horrible place and to get out. Avoid being locked up like the others. He was not too powerful, he was, 'unformed' still just a moving blob on the floor.
Cell was dark green, and if anyone looked at him could not really see much of his details. He looked like a squished octopus, barely alive, but not close to death. His eyes were hidden, and he had no other facial features.
The organic android slithered along, ignoring all of the panicked humans. He didn't care what had gone wrong, he didn't care if the scientests would have died, he just wanted his freedom. He exited the facility through the side, so no one would notice. But when he left the facility, the air felt a lot hotter, damper, and not comfortable. So he was weakend and moved slower.
Cell didn't see the gaurd comming up from behind him with a cage. And when he did turn around, it was too late. The gaurd jumped toward him, with a paralyzer stick. But the android, was immune to it. Cell still felt some pain, but decided to attack the gaurd. His first kill would not be easy for him. The gaurd had armor on, and was one of the facility's best gaurds. The gaurd struck again, but this time Cell was ready. Cell slowly evaded the blow and struck for the head. He hit with a devistating blow, but not strong enough to crack the gaurds head through the helmet. It was tough enough, to make the gaurd recoil.
The android was ruthless, he continued to fight. He tripped the gaurd, a very uncouragous move, a move that is only used by evil. Then he went for the shin, a very painful place, and an even more ruthless move. He didn't care what the gaurd felt, he just needed to win. He needed to kill the gaurd, destroy his living daylights. Then the android struck for the head again, but the gaurd caught him and hit back. Every blow hurt Cell, and he squeled as a result. What a pitiful thing. But yet Cell kept going, he was angry, and he struck at unbelivable speed. Cell's first kill, and he completely destroyed the gaurd, and the android liked it.
Cell's killing reputation spread to the rest of the land, after killing that guard, he wanted to kill more. He wanted more power, Cell noticed that after killing people, he gained power, and he liked it. He wanted to go to a place were he could kill many people many strong people. The organic android was slowly becoming his 'first form' after being 'unformed' for so long, he was now getting power too. He now learnt to talk; he could speak every language that was spoken on the planet earth. But he felt like he needed more power, like he was lacking something.
Cell needed to find a power source strong enough for him to gain power from absorbing, but easy enough for him to nock out. He thought of going to a budokai tournament. This one had many powerful beings, including the half-sayin terra. (Self made char.)
"Who are you sir?" interrogated the tournament judge with great concern of the green monster; who now looked like a tall man, with wings, all green, long tall ears. It appeared as if he was wearing a helmet.
"Cell.." the organic android murmured without the judge really understanding. Cell did not know, but this was the scientist that created him, but neither could tell each other. Cell looked a lot different, more menacing, but more monster like. Now Cell's form was solid instead of 'blob like'
"Cell!" exclaimed the judge with great concern.
Everyone looked at the judge, wondering what happened.
"Sorry I must've been dreaming about the days when I was a scientist." The judge explained as Cell walked into the tournament ring.
The tournament was of the challenge kind, Terra vs. a human, 2 humans together, and a Namekin and Cell. The first match was Terra vs. the human. The battle was over quickly. It seemed as if Terra didn't move a finger; it seemed like she just stared at the human. But really, it was just her movement was so fast, that nobody saw her move, in a split second the human was on the floor, and Terra was back where she started.
The second battle, the 2 humans. It was long and pretty boring, they fought normally. One hit at a time, they all get bruised and injured, but at the end they just tie.
The last one, the Namekin vs. Cell: Cell struck first;
"KAA---MEHHH-HAAA-MEHHH-HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!" screamed the android with all his might, the scream itself was deafening. The Namekin jumped out of the way, with his snake like reflexes, but was still hurt.
"That is against the rules! That could have killed me!" gasped the Namekin, "don't do that again please!"
But Cell was here to kill, not to win. He decided that he would let this guy live, not waste his power, he was here for the prize, Terra. He wanted to absorb Terra, then kill everyone else in this godd*** tournament. He also wanted revenge on the scientist that created him, he wanted to kill that person for making him weak. He wanted to kill everyone in that matter of fact. He wanted the power, the great power of killing them all!
So the battle continued. The Namekin became really tired and that is when Cell struck. He struck with one blow, and the Namekin was on the floor, completely knocked out.
The last battle was between the two winners; Terra, and Cell. Now, this battle was going terrible. Terra didn't understand that Cell meant to kill her. Cell meant to do as much as kill her. But Terra just wanted to knock out the android. Cell, ruthless as ever, struck first again.
"SOLAR FLARE!" Cell's deafening cry roared out to the audience. That instant, Terra was blinded, and Cell knew that the tail was her weakness. He grabbed the tail, and yanked as hard as he could. Terra screamed in pain, the scream was louder than a lion's roar, fiercer than Cell's screams; it was the most horrid sound anyone had ever heard. Then Cell's body glowed light green, rather than its normal dark green, and Terra disappeared into Cell's body. Now Cell did not look any different, but he was much stronger, he had the powers of a half sayin. Only one word could describe him, uber.
Yet he was still not complete, he could have done more, he knows it. But there, on Earth he would have to rest…for a very, very long time.
