Description:
Summary: Hellfighter 17 wears a heavy black coat bearing many pockets, and always carries a whip in his left hand and a dagger in his right. He is very stubborn and believes that he is the ultimate android.
Hair Color: Black. When he becomes enraged, or powers up, his ki escapes through his head, illuminating his hair and making it as white as can be, and it moves around as if a soft breeze is passing over him.
Eyes: Hellfighter's eyes are not the usual android pupils, they are crosshairs with a red pupil in the middle. His original eyes were destroyed in a struggle with a saya-jin mugger on planet vegeta. He prefers his current eyes more, and their secondary function as a scouter comes in handy. (I will buy a scouter as soon as I am re-accepted)
Skin Tone: Hellfighter's skin tone is an orangish white.
Personality: Hellfighter is extremely stubborn and believes himself to be superior to all others. Because of this, he is extremely calm when fighting, and almost never freaks out, instead smiling at near death or pain.
Weapons: Hellfighter carries with him a whip in his left hand and a dagger in his right, which he uses to do all his punches, and which are tuned to his body, so he can transfer ki through them and absorb ki energy with them. Very rarely is Hellfighter seen fighting without his dagger, and when he is parted from it from the shortest time, his ki will go off of the charts for 30 seconds, and after that he will lose all but the slightest bit of ki (explained in moves.)
Clothes: Hellfighter wears a very heavy mob-style leather coat, in which he keeps his belongings, and specs of the remains of the fighters he has killed. He wears vary ragged shaggy jeans that are about two sizes too big, that sag down below his boots when floating. He wears very military-style boots.
Moves:
Unlike many fighters who name their attacks, hellfighter numbers his attacks in 'acts' this can be seen in his eyes right before he does his attacks
Act 341: Hellfighter 17 will take a massive amount of ki and transfer it to his whip. He will then lunge at an enemy fighter and wrap it around their neck and pull as quickly as possible. As the whip is pulled, millions of tiny ki shards will split out in the air every which way. If the Hellfighter cannot grasp his opponet with the whip, he spins it above him in the air like a helo-copter blade, and it has the same effect of the millions of tiny ki shards. If Hellfighter has no whip he will use his finger to the same effect and seperate millions of shards.
Act 4: An extremely deadly last-ditch move; Hellfighter will transfer all of his energy to himself and make an aura around him, protecting him partially until the cycle is complete (usually around 5 seconds). He will then explode the aura extremely far out in all directions, sending ki shards and a huge barrior of ki out to all nearby beings and objects. After this has been completed, Hellfighter has all but the slightest amount of ki and will not be able to fly, let alone defend himself.
Act 755: This is more of a passive ability than a power. When seperated from his dagger, the Hellfighter will go on a rampage for 30 seconds, and all used ki will rush out of his head, making it turn to a glowing pure white color, and making it move around as if a light breeze is coming around the battlezone. He is nearly twice as strong in this stage and his moves are even more devistating. After 30 seconds have elapsed, he will have the slightest amount of ki left, and he will not be able to fly, let alone defend himself. He will not willingly part from his dagger, but a protocal implanted in his brain will force him to drop it if he is taking an extreme beating.

Roleplaying Example:
Ravaging cities, fun and games for the hellfighter. The advanced android super-soldier was used to it. So what made this one any different? It was a gut feeling that he had competition, and that made the hellfighter smile.
“You are all pathetic! I am the greatest fighter the universe has ever seen, and you don’t even try to resist. You run away like the pathetic little runts you are. Tell me, is there anyone who thinks they can take me?” His taunts got the attention of a rebel group formed out of the survivors of ravaged cities. A fighter flew up behind the hellfighter and knocked him square in the neck, and began to blast a series of dangerously high-level bolts at the hellfighter.
“Pathetic, huh? Die monster. You don’t belong here.” A silver haired rebel stared across at the hellfighter and gave him a glance. “It’s pretty pathetic that you pick on innocents. That can’t be tolerated. I’m gonna put you down. WE’RE gonna put you down!”
A group of 10 fighters flew up, making the total eleven. All of the others were irrelevant, minus the leader and a red haired skinny kid with a scouter. The leader charged and they all began to fly in formation and shoot minor bolts at the hellfighter, taking care not to hurt the city. Hellfighter 17 became enraged.
“You really are that pathetic, huh?” Lurching back to avoid a low powered ki disc, the Hellfighter quickly used both of his index fingers to drive beams through two fighters hearts. “That’s two down. Nine to go.”
All of the group began to shake out of fear – including the leader. This was the break the hellfighter needed. He quickly began to initiate Act 341, his favored attack. He quickly transferred much of his energy into a whip and lurched for the leader. Very quickly and devastatingly, he gave him five flicks of fury from his whip before wrapping it around the silver haired veteran’s neck.
“Pathetic”
Giving the whip a large jerk, the hellfighter initiated the rest of the attack. Millions of tiny ki shards spewed everywhere like tiny pieces of glass, severely injuring the leader and weak party of rebels. Summoning all of his strength, the red haired runt dashed for his leader and led the hellfighter on a wild chase through the city. Summoning his last bit of ki, the red haired recruit spewed large chunks of ki back at the hellfighter and sped up through the center of a bomb-shelled building, and out of the city, and back again. The hellfighter kept right on, taunting the youth.
“Ha! Do you seriously think that you’re going to make it very far!” At the moment that Hellfighter 17 said the word ‘far,’ the chase led over an ocean, where the chase would come to an abrupt end. The hellfighter shot a huge ki blast at water in front of the fleeing youth, causing a huge tidal wave to swallow him and engulf him in the wave’s grasp.
“Pathetic,” said the android – as he returned to destroy the city.
