As the people of the planet Tuffle were all murdered by the ruthless saiyans, Bebi was still watching the battle, and thinking of a plan to avoid the demise of the planet Tuffle. The planet is soon to be destroyed.
"This must stop right now, those saiyan monkeys are going to destroy this planet if they keep going, i should never trust those saiyan monkeys!" The young Tsufuru-jin said. Bebi flew to the battlefield, trying to help the Tsufuru army, but he can't help at all since the saiyans are in Oozaru form and are even stronger then him when they were in their normal saiyan form..
"Those monkey don't even control themselves, they are to strong, i can't handle it!" As the Tsufuru-jin tried to help the planet at all cost, he was completely out-classed by the Oozaru saiyans.
"Must help planet, must go on... Ugh...."Bebi tried to stand up but the young Tsufuru-jin had no more energy left to do that action and Bebi fainted. And in the meanwhile, the Tsufuru army was close to their demise.
"Bebi Bebi! You have to get up now, we can still escape right now, please just wake up!" Bebi's friends and family were trying to wake him up and also tried to drag him to their space-ship, but the planet was almost destroyed.
"Go on ! We will try to make more time for you people, what are you waiting for?!" The Tsufuru army-general was ready to die for his family and other Tsufuru-jin people.. As the old Tsufuru-jin general was trying to make more time for his family and friends to escape, he was murdered immediatly when the Oozaru's saw the last Tsufuru standing, while his family was watching and still didn't leave, they died in the battle aswell.
The Planet Tuffle, now destroyed, and Bebi is still healing, after his rëincarnation, he will be ready to kill some Saiyan scum!

The problem with your RP is that it's in present tense, and we write in past tense here. Would you be able to submit a sample in past tense? It can be the same one. I just need to see that you can write in past tense.
Also, everyone has Zanzokan, and Bebi can't start with Regenaration, it's an ability. Best moves are like Kamehameha, Final Flash, and stuff like that. They're basic Ki attacks, you can even make some up so long as they don't increase your power level, or are over powere in some way.
