You can only go so far... Eh... I was called by a detective tonight on my cell. I was told that Psycho, had said I raped her. No... I didn't. Now I have to go give a statemnt. Do they lock you up for coming in and giving a statement? Even if they ask you to, and there's no proof that you did, cept her saying so?

I don't know much about the law, but the only evidence they could have of rape is to do a rape kit pretty damn quick after the incident. Otherwise all they have is her word over yours.

Yeah they would need evidence to convict you, otherwise the case doesn't hold water in court. So unless you've been genetically linked, your in the clear, and as Bardock said, the kit needs to be put to use ASAP.

SHe left a Voice Mail about it last week threatening to do it if I didnt call her.. I delelted that one but have two of them afterwards that can collaborate my story. I called the cops for harrassment and told them the issues with it all.
Dealing with this shit could get my Contengent to Deferak thing activasted and have to deal with two things.
I have two neighborhs that had told me she said I wouldnt give her sex, and even one time asked John(neighbor) if he would have sex with her cuz I wouldn't.
Shes bveen in a mental institution.... 2 times before I met her... and two times afterwards... maybe 3 times afterwards lol

Well, I doubt you could be arrested just for being accused. Bring your evidence to your statement signing, or make a copy of it if you can and bring that with you.
I've never been that great in dealing with women, but in this case it's clear what you should do: don't ever see her again. Don't go near her, don't meet up for drinks or at social events, or attempt to make up or talk things out. Crazy bitches stay that way for life.

Wow...all I can do is tell you to lawyer up unless you're confident those two phone calls will make the police or whomever say 'Oh...damn that chick is crazy.'. But like a few others posted I don't think they can lock you up...but I'm not a lawyer and am not sure how accurate the things I see while watching Law and Order: SVU are.
By the way after you get finished with this and the whole 'stolen chainsaw' incident you should write a book lol.

To be honest, I don`t think she is doing this beacuse she wants to put you in jail. As much as it may sound stupid, I just think she wants to punish you (basiclly, cause you trouble) for not giving her the amount of attention she belives she deserves. Sort of like a child with dynamite.
Anyway, unless you do something stupid (like insult her publicly) then I think she really has no case against you.
Also, you should get her out of your life as soon as possible. It`s obvious that being outside a mental institution hasn`t helped her at all. Even if she does hate being there, both you and her will be better off if she leaves.

It's the same chick. And I did get away from her. She just keeps coming after me. When I moved to Bonneau, she'd show up at my house. I called the cops, they didn't do anything to her because she wasn't there when they arrived. She's showed up at my house, begging my dad to stay cuz she said her and her freind had no where to stay. It's all become stupid and ridiculous.
I gave the statement to the detective last night, and agreed to a lie detector test. He say's if she doesn't agree to one, then the charges are dropped. And after the investigation, when they find that I didn't do it, that I they'd turn around and charge her with false accusations.. or something.
But like everyone else has told me, she might be so nuts to beleive her own damned lies.
For the chainsaw incedent, the prosecutor offered to Contengent to Defferal. Meaning if I don't wind up in jail for 6 months everything is fine.
