So, I did look into it a bit and found out that Toriyama is in control. . .this part made me laugh:

Yeah, that's bound to depress some people. . .but Saiyans would be hard to work into an MMO anyway. . .they have a natural advantage over the other races, thus difficulty. . .plus it may be well accepted since it was a choice of Toriyama himself.

That and I'd guarantee you that 97% of the MMO would be saiyan look alikes of Goku and Vegeta.
