Cell Jr. do what Goten did and grow up? Except he would be like a normal Cell?

I'm not sure if he could biologically "grow" any further. However, he'd still be known as Cell Jr. regardless, even if he was a "teenage" form. He wouldn't grow into a full blown Cell.

He could also 'grow' into a teenager or young adult, but he would always be "Goku Jr"
