To make this serious, I have been planning my next move lately, and I need your help.
I have two moves.
The Kiss of Death, based upon Zarbon's bisexuality, he kisses his opponent, may it be on the cheek, lips, or...other places, which paralizes that area for a short time, until Zarbon hits it.
Next! Water Wave. If I ever get to Heaven, I'll make a personal saga learning it. Pretty much, Zarbon controls the water around them and forms it into all sorts of things to pummel his opponent. Waves, shots of water, or etc. He also has learned to freeze it.
So...ummm...Help?

I would make the Kiss of Death more of a move that allows for you to absorb anothers Ki when your lips come into contact with anothers skin...

I just like having moves that allow for great RP options. Make it so that it drags and exponential level of energy. That way you could rejuvenate yourself on weaker NPC's.

Yes, I believe that is what it does.

For the record, Zarbon, if you ever try doing that Kiss of Death on Krillin, he'll beat you "to the pain". Bonus points to whoever knows that reference.
The Water Wave idea sounds great, and is something that seems to fit your character (since he's colored light blu-ish). Forget Kiss of Death forever. I mean it. If Water Wave isn't acceptable, go for something else.

I have an idea to teach Zarbon water magic. I changing Water Wave to Water Spout, which, Zarbon, touched the ground and channels his magic into it, it then explodes steaming water in a straight line as high as Zarbon wishes.
Good idea?
My Kiss of Death idea is that person feels extreme pain, and if weaker then Zarbon, he will bleed from every pore on his body. Until they get Zarbon's lipstick off.

Yes, he does wear lipstick. He puts power into his lips so he can do the Kiss of Death move.

On one had, I have the Kiss of Death, which Zarbon can learn at anytime. But, the Water Spout, I have a fun personal roleplay behind it.

I like Water Spout better. The first could just be to easily god moded (not that you would). I think if Zarbon could only make comumns of water or steam out of pre-exsisting water sources it would get approved.

I know that. The reason I said 'standing water' is becasue it limits where Zarbon can perform his attack. Just drenching a guy is nowhere near as cool as luring your prey to a lake then drowning the bastard while laughing at his stupidity.
