Where could they be? - Abel - 07-20-2005

I realize staff have lives but this is starting to get rediculous in my personal opinion. It's taking forever for people to get updated, and the joining board is getting restless because nobody is getting a response. Where are our staffers? I know a lot of you work and have girlfriends/wives to deal with (and kids), but you have several staffers and several things needing updated.

I'm not trying to be annoying or rude or anything like that, it's just amazing how we can have several staffers and none of them updating the content asked for. Other than that, good job =D.

Like I suggested before, I suggest staff hires a few TEMPORARY staff members to help out. They dont need help forever, they just need help now that most of the staff is out.

Didn't we hire 3 new staff members less than six months ago? >.>

I think I have regular access to the net again, so your updating worries will be over.

*puts on updating sash*

No. Only one real staffer and two storymods from what I know. And the storymods don't have updating powers but I've seen Slug post in the joining board but nobody has been talkin there.

But now that you are here, we can all rest easy. ^_^

Thanks Toma, but I think we're doing fine at the moment.

I'm still around, doing what I can with the limited amount of time I have. Unfortunately, we're selling the house soon, and I've got lots of work to do fixing up my pigsty of a room, cleaning walls, organizing bookshelves, etc. Then, I've got yardwork to do.

I'll do my best to keep things updated and such, but I'm stretched a bit thin at the moment.

I'm here, and I read the stuff ever night. I just have to trust that the other staff members we've hired can answer the questions and all, as I've been busy dealing with this "totaled car" situation. Yesterday I got home late from work, and then at 9 am had people knocking on my door. Was busy from that point on, and when I got home last night, I was able to read a few things, but was so tired there was little I could do about it. I've been writing up some stuff offline in a notebook though to gather thoughts that I plan on using for the RPG.

Guy's I would just assume that everything is fine....you must remember that Reijin, Rad, Burter and the others have jobs wives and girlfriends. They do this in their free time, while you guys do this because you either have no life or are kids/young teenagers. Give them a break, things will get updated soon enough, I guess if you need some questions answered I could see if I know the answers pm me or aim me, I've been here a while.

Toma, it sounds like you really want to be staff. Really. You've already mentioned that you're helping new people, and I'm quite thankful, but there's no need to keep pushing it, along with the idea that "young teenagers should be added to staff".

Things are under control. Uub hit it right on the head.

I know this, I stated it in my post. It's just it had more staff activity before. Now it is slowing down it seems.

Nah, you're good. Tone is very difficult to judge on the Internet, so I misread your post. Cheers.
