Is this just given from staff or can we try to learn it in our personal quests?

Only four people have it and I've only seen it given out on extreme ocasions, so I'd have to say staff.

The reason I ask is that on the techniques page the "harder" to get techniques say that they are either rare or given out by staff permission where as Fusion does not. That's why I was wondering.
Also, being Namekian, I thought it was an automatic thing, although I may be wrong about that. Whatever the case, just want it for clearity.

In the show it was, but that would make it all too easy on here. Just do great in staff sagas and you might get it.

You can fuse, but namekian fusion is permanent. I realize it wasn't in the show, but here on Chubbs, it's permanent like the fusion earrings or whatever

So, like....If Piccolo Diamoun decided to leave the rp permantely, we could fuse together and I would obtain his energy permantely? Is that just for Namekian/Namekian, or could that work with any other race?

Namekian Fusion WAS permanent in the show, just like Potarra, however, they usually did some junk with all the fusions that split people regardless. However, its permanent. But here, its not.
Due to the problems that arose trying to either keep some characters without all the nameks being one single entity, every form of fusion other than Potarra will follow the rules of the Fusion Dance. Short term. All of them, other than Potarra. There is only one set of Potarra rings, and only Trunks has them. They will not fuse another.

There is no Namekian fusion. Nonenonenone. There is only this fusion ability. The only exception is the Potarra earings that fused the two Trunks and that was pre-all fusions combined into this one fusion ability. There will never be another set of Potarra earings.
So if you want to fuse at all, you both have to get this fusion ability. Alright, cool.

That's not entirely accurate, as we do not know what circumstances may bring. I wouldn't rule out the chance of any others ever being used again, but the point is, there are no plans to ever bring them back. Something might happen at some point with them or Trunks, but nothing is planned, nor thought about, nor discussed. In short, its only one notch above never, and only because we do not like to limit ourselves to never.
