Updated, though I will need to know what you want for your third move. Your Join Post was a little confusing.
I've got Kamehameha Wave down, and Masenko-Ha as well, but what about that third move? You mentioned Double Buster, but we'll need a description, as I don't recognize that move.
Also, you've been compensated for the week you missed. Your training password is "qwerty". I recommend you go change that now.

log into training with qwerty as your pass then one of the bars will be password, just fill it in and train.
