Yeah, that's a Move, not a Combo.

There's a very fine line between Combo and Move. Honestly, I'm not too well-versed on what is allowed and what isn't allowed, so it might be best to wait for Burter.
But, if you ask me, using a Ki Ball to shoot more Ki out of sounds like an extra move to me, not a combo.
