From what I know, the powerups that have (trained) to them have a programming error. They calculate the full version regardless, so from what I can tell without doing the numbers, its giving him the x15 version instead of x10. The database does the math itself. I do not personally have the knowledge on the code to fix it.

What Reijin said. Its a coding thing that hasn't been taken care of yet. You'll just have to do the math yourself if someone doesn't have the "trained" version of their technique.

That's not always true, you can write a 100 pages of bull, and another member can write 50 pages of gold...point being look at some of the other vets, Furiza for example had his x20 before 100 post count, Vegeta had it, MK had his, Koola had his, I had mine, Burter had His.
Post count means nothing in the terms of doing well, only that you have posted IC that many number of times.

Like I said.
Something that should be pointed out: in the case of Vegeta, MK, Koola, and any other vet, our post counts are outrageously higher than what it shows on these message boards.
