This is what happens when I've been up for 24 hours and get stressed:
Warm tides,

to catch this stary hope again,

I think you got the meaning across fairly well, the word choice for singular verses was pretty good, and I also like the use of slangs, I love slangs. (I consider "an'," "dreamin'," "leavin'," "lovin'," and "fellin'." I assume the last one is meant to be "falling.") Though, each verse seems to follow a different rhythm, which threw me off a bit, but, other than that, I liked it.
I've always been a fan of your artistic expressions. =)
