I'm going to go with the first for now, but I've saved them both in case I get tired of the first one in the future. As for the first I liked the color scheme and picture you got, just possibly taking the green out and including the whole finger may have worked better. Nice text as well, hehe. Piccolo's was slimmer and had a fuller background, I just think the green theme didn't go well with Buu.
