I'd like to request the use of Bibidi in an upcoming personal roleplay. Seeing as he's not a pickable character I didn't think it would be a problem, but I'm going to check anyway. Thanks.

Disregard this, I've talked to a member off staff about it and my idea has been approved. He won't be a 'major' character, but will be part of the upcoming thing I'm working on. I don't want to give away plot details so I'll say no more.
