It still represents them. o.O An SSJ Pan would represent an SSJ Pan, an 18 look-alike would represent 18 or an 18 look-alike (I only use her since she has made some nice sigs with characters that just look like 18. Hehe, nippy).

I think that's okay, mainly because you're allowed to shift appearances by small margins.

Very nice Vegeta sig. Although i would tweek a few things around, possibly change the placement and font of the "Semper Fi Bitches" and maybe even take out the "Bitches" part. But love the pictures of Vegeta and the Eagle Globe and Anchor for the USMC. Damn, that's motivating right there tho. Vegeta would make one hell of a Marine.
