It's no big deal, really. While someone could potentially post in the Joining Forum for your character, Android 19 isn't exactly the most popular character to take. Just throw up a simple roleplay, to let us know you're still alive, and you'll be marked active.
It doesn't have to be incredibly long. One hundred words would literally get the job done.
