When you go to the training page it says your password and there is a textbox, just type in your desired password there.

Did you get INTO the page? Like with all the boxs and your info? If not, and it kept saying you were hacking you need to clear your cookies and turn off your firewall next time. Also zonealarm has a setting in it that can cause problems.

Wait 24 hours and then try again, then. You only really need to access your training on Sunday, so don't worry about it.
