Big Bang Attack
Paragus places one outsretched arm in front of him, palm facing forward. An absurdly large amount of energy is channelled into Paragus's palm, forming a superconcentrated ball of Ki energy. He then fires the attack (usually from the air, so as to not catch himself in the resulting blast) which explodes on impact, creating a huge blast radius. This attack is a double-edged sword, however, since Paragus would almost certainly need some time to recover unless he was at almost full energy. Not used often, due to it's volatile nature.
Final Flash
In order to fire the attack, Paragus throws both arms out to his sides, palms facing outward. He then charges a variable amount of ki energy into each palm, from a minimal amount to a ridiculously huge amount of energy. Charging time varies depending how much ki is being pooled into the attack. Paragus then places both palms in front of himself, wrists touching each other. An optional step here is to shout "Final Flash" as the attack is launched, but it isn't necessary. The two orbs fuse into one, and the attack is fired as a large beam of energy. A little bit slower than most Ki waves, but also more powerful and destructive than most ki waves.
Ki Barrier
With this technique, Paragus can create a shield around him, which can withstand many attacks as long as he has enough Ki to supply, once his Ki depleted Pagaus is vulnerable to many attacks.
