ZoneAlarm Options>Privacy>Cookie Control: Custom>un-select "Remove Private Header Information"
Or a similar feature in a different program.

I need help with this too. I can't access certain parts of Neopets because of this. I can't access the Training. I've fiddled with everything I can fiddle with, both with this Norton Internet Security, Norton AntiVirus, and with the Internet Options found in the Browser itself.
Help me, VJ. I wanna train.

I dont know about Neopets, but the training program checks with each page from what page you come using the "header information". Its a bunch of variables always send to the next page. Some programs, like ZoneAlarm stop these. I dont know where you can find the settings for other programs.
