As far as I know, the only thing would be that he wouldnt be able to be uber big.

I've never seen it stated anywhere we only allowed the red skinny one, I just believe that has been the preference through the multiple Janemba characters that have run on and off the site.

So Janem can play the fat style character if he wants to, although with a normal humanoid height.

Rofl, what I am completely changing..
The only thing I said is that a player can choose what "form" character he or she can play.
If Buu is allowed to choose, so is Janemba. I sincerely doubt Raditz or Reijin would feel so strongly against it that they disagree.. But feel free to ask them and I'll withdraw my statement.

I have no problems with Jan choosing which form he plays, but his character will remain a 'non-transformer' for the sake of powerups and items.
