Several months after being out of GMC, Pan can still see our alliance boards. I don't think this is a terrible thing, but I'd prefer it if his access was finally removed. He thought it was getting annoying too.

Max ki updates itself when a tech is added, if it isn't updated then the tech was put in wrong or the script isnt working well.
EDIT: Trunks when you add Oozaru (Trained) make sure the T is capitolized.
