Look at Goku's sig, it's PNG.
Of course I can only see it as transparent in FireFox.
As for Bebi's sig, I pretty much agree with Kami. It's good to see something different, but the BG wasn't too appealing.

Nice. That picture reminds me of Aeon Flux (animated). The background is pretty. That's what I think.
Because purple and/or pink are cool.
As for the first one, I like it. It is simplistic which is a nice little change of those sigs you see with a bunch of stuff happening in them.

I just love it how my comments over AIM are so unnappreciated. I liked the Lucifer sig, although there does seem to me something missing. or just/..off. Maybe its the lucifer itself. Just too static, IMO. Your new one, I really like it. Simple, yet elegant. Perhaps you can add to it a little bit of color to throw of the monochrome effect.

Way too busy. The grainy effect on the left you did looks bad, even if it is to imitate a comic book, and the text doesn't look good. Basically, bad idea going for the comic book thang.
