Transmuting stuff - Super Buu - 03-01-2006
In the show, Buu's henka beam would let him basically transmute anything into anything (people into chocolate, a boulder into a portable toilet one time). Obviously I wouldn't be godmoding it, but I was wondering what limitations there are in the RPG. As long as it's temporary, or completely resistable on strong opponents, I'm guessing it's alright (or if I just use it on weaker NPCs and inanimate objects, like to turn a rock into rock candy). Also if that's the case, could I get it added to my roster like MB has? 8)

The NPC thing is correct, unless it's in a staff saga or something and you get permission.
