2 weeks roleplaying on Vegeta-Sei you obtain Oozaru untrained. Another 2 weeks of roleplaying you obtain Oozaru Trained.

EDIT: And just to inform you it's two weeks of active roleplaying, not just be there on Vegeta-Sei for 2 weeks.
