I don't see why staff would have a problem with it. After all, it is just a visual difference. Up to Broly, really, though.

It'll be up to him, of course.
That said, and don't quote me on this, I don't think that would be a real problem. There's a certain amount of leeway regarding the transformations. For example, Kai-o-ken's aura does not necessarily have to be red. You can't sprout spikes and a second tongue if you go Kai-o-ken, but things like that would probably be workable.
Again, though, this isn't the official decision. Just my thoughts on how we deal with this in the past.
