I know Cell is classified as a changeling but REFERS to himself as an Android. You are a changeling and use the Changeling power-up scale. So, when you earn transformation one, you can RP him permanetly transforming into that level as Cell does, or just 'power-up' into them like Frieza.

It's no trouble, I'm just trying to get clarification to see if that ability needs to be removed from your roster. If I was wrong about you being 'other Cell' then that might be wrong, too.
