I thought Nikki was the one who helped Garlic Jr. so he should be a non-transformer.

I've heard staff say over and over again, you can't change your race. If this is allowed, whatever, let's let staff clarify this.

The whole 'race' thing applies to power-ups. So, he can't say he's Saiya-Jin or Android, but as a 'non-transformer' he could be a human, a demon, some unknown race, ect.
Such as, I know Kilah RPs as some forgotten race form long ago.
'Race' refers to power-ups and not so much nationality or planet.
