Nice. And I love your choice in character - for yourself that is. Kanassa-jin always seemed cool to me.
The sig is pretty good. I've seen better...but I've definitely seen worse. I love grunge theme, and I love the technique used on the pic...I can't quite remember what it was called, since it's been a bit since I've used photoshop. Some kind of lighting...soft, or pin perhaps.
Overall, nice job.

ok, first and foremost, it's pretty, but it's not that great.
Reason.
Simply this, I rate a sig or any other graphic not only by it's quality, but by it's file size, someone that can make a sig that is 120k and have someone knock that down to a simple 40-50k makes the sig maker look bad. The reason I rate this way is cause some of us are still on dial up...which sucks, but we deal with what we got. When I have to wait 2-3 minutes just to look at a sig, I expect greatness and this one fell just shy of it.
Basically, it looks like you have a very nice BG, cut out a stock, threw up it there, made a new layer and brushed over it a few times. The text is great though. Placement for the image was perfect, but all that black brushing in the front kind of killed it for me. Instead of that I think a good blending job would have done better.
Over all, I'm still giving you a 7/10, cause it's pretty nice.
Also, I hope I didn't come off as an ass in this, I got C & C before and it was weak, so I never improved, not only until everyone started going hardcore on me did I achieve my personal bests.

I've watched Saiyan Saga to the End of Buu Saga + GT half of it...the last month. I, however, have not seen the Bardock Special. I think that's where he appears, right? I've also seen, just a few movies. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12.

The Toma avatar is huuuuuuge File-Wise. You can't use it being 150 kb >.> And I may do something with both the sigs, the one I have and the one you posted, if it's okay with you.
