Yes. Two people may train for Spiritken together, but that does not mean they both will get it.

As many as you want. As I said, though, it is no guarantee that everyone will get it. They will have to put just as much effort into the training as they would solo.

You're complicating the simple issue.
If you want Spiritken, train for it. If you want to train for it in a group, go for it. That doesn't mean everyone will get the technique, but you will if staff feel that you have given enough effort. And no, if Vegeta tried to train for SK, he wouldn't get it. It'd just be seen as roleplaying.

I'm just elaborating on what Trunks already said.
We look at the individual efforts of the members of a group. It doesn't matter how many people there are in a group, it matters how the specific people do, since specific people earn the technique. The more people you have, the more the roleplaying is spread out. The more the roleplaying is spread out, the harder it is for you to really show you deserve the technique.
