Current Campaign: Darkness of Aldaran - Abel - 07-22-2006
In the city of Alderan, there is a dark secret. The commoners know of it and there are rumors of it in the lands. They say shadows creep at night and are unstoppable to the town watch. Some say it's due to a powerful sorcerer, know as the Shade Lords. But many don't believe such rubbish based on the fact that the Shade Lords have been extinct for over a hundred years...but what is this darkness.
We start our journey in the local tavern at 7am with...
An Elven bard
A half-orc Fighter
A human Barbarian
A half-orc ranger
In this thread I will update on the campaign. All players start at level one.

Fun first night. We did a tiny bit of story, and then when Bujin and Garlic left, we had a spar and just had fun. It was goofing off night =o

Morning:
The group was joined by two other people in the morning,
An elven rogue
A half-orc barbarian
in the tavern, after breakfast a Royal Gaurd came and greeted them. His name was Lance and he told them about a competition in the Arena set for tomorrow. The group seemed interested but sensed there was more to his motives. When he left, scared of the half-orc Barbarian, Minsk, a halfling told them about Lance. He was a fighter trying to catch the Count's eye by winning the the bout in the arena as much as possible and people even say he wanted it so bad, he cheated.
After agreeing to do so, a couple members in the group decided to do a spar. Minsk took on the two females in the group. Kira left early after being struck in the side by a crossbow bolt and then trying to pull it out, leaving the head of it inside her flesh.
Igor, the Half-orc fighter was a dumb one and believed the bartender and thought there was a bird IN the wall and attacked it with his greathammer. He hurt himself repeatedly while Minsk finished his bout with the female, uppercutting her out cold.
The group will continue tomorrow once we are all on in the afternoon around 11:00 am.

Later Morning:
After the spars, the group decided to walk around to pass the time. The two females stayed behind at the tavern (as they were absent from the game) while the rest traveled into the town. In an alleyway of the market district, a human cleric was walking when two thugs came out. Igor, a retarded half-orc ran of screaming rediculous things having the party chase him. And by chance, he ran in the alley the cleric who was recently jumped was. Noticing people, one of the thugs had his gang come and there was a battle against 8 thugs.
After LITERALLY tears bodies apart, the party won with no casualties but Minsk and Igor had fallen unconcious. The gaurds ran in and arrested the leader of the gang and it turns out they had a bounty. When the group goes to the watch tower they are supposed to get their reward. So a new person joined their party:
A human cleric.
With the new person and after a long battle the party regrouped at the tavern. The elven bard told stories of their trip and impressed people as did Igor (god knows how >_> ) then the bard made the ENTIRE tavern laugh with his comedy routine (He rolled a friggin 31! 20+11 modifier!). Join us next time and if you weren't there to get XP I will update you unless you were not present during the fight.

Starting again around noon, the group got free food from their bard's singing and comedy. Ready to leave, the group heard a woman shrieking otuside and when checking it out, they met a new person who joined the party.
An elven druid.
His badger scared the woman and while they were meeting somebody heard their conversation and joined in.
A human monk.
While discussing and getting ready to leave, the dumb half-orc, Igor danced and yelled things in the street. Some teenagers threw a rock at him and going int oa rage, he attacked them, two got away and the town gaurd came just in time and tied him up along with the rest of the party. So now they are all in jail.
